    • Included with your monthly Resident Amenity fee, you can enjoy 24/7 access to our iOS/Android mobile app, ‘Online Portal by AppFolio,’ along with access to your online portal where you can view and download your lease and related documents, pay rent, submit maintenance and repair requests, and message our office.

  • FREE Unlimited eCheck Payments and Multiple Payment Methods

    All rent payments can be made through various convenient options, including e-check/ACH transfers ($2,49 fee waived), and credit or debit cards (additional fee), via your Tenant Portal. We also accept cash payments via 'PayNearMe' at CVS/Walgreens/Walmart for an additional fee. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX cards.

  • On-Demand Ledgers

    Access your tenant ledgers anytime! Easily view and download both current and historical ledger statements directly from your portal.

  • Recurring Payments AutoPay

    You can enjoy the convenience of automated rent payments to ensure you never miss a due date or incur late fees. Funds are automatically deducted from your preferred payment account on the day of the month you select.

  • Positive Credit Enhancement

    Reporting your rental payments to the three major credit bureaus helps you build a strong credit history. We report all payments to the three major credit bureaus.

  • Utility Assistance Program

    Our concierge service assists tenants moving in by setting up utilities like electricity, gas, water, cable, and internet before their move-in date.
